As per government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every guest above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 21 years of age.
We do not accommodate Unmarried couple.
Booking will be cancelled without refund if the above condition is violated.
Standard Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
For 1 child below the age of 5 years - there is no charge and is complimentary along with the room tariff.
Any cancellation request will be accepted only by E-mail.
10% retention charges apply for cancellation request given 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
20% retention charges apply for cancellation request given 16 to 29 days prior to the date of arrival.
30% retention charges apply for cancellation request given 5 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
60% retention charges apply for cancellation request given 48 hours to 4 days prior to the date of arrival.
100% retention charges apply for cancellation request given less than 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.
Outside food, soft drinks, liquor, AV Equipment are not allowed into the resort.
Personal assistants are not allowed into the resort unless otherwise they are included in the guest count.
Pets are not allowed into the Resort.
Early Arrival or Late departures policy : For early arrival in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night on extra cost to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night with extra cost will guarantee access to your guest room until your departure.
For any additional services, full payment has to be made at the time of check in.
Palm Exotica does not hold any annual Liquor license. Day liquor license can be procured at extra cost- TC apply. Otherwise, consumption of alcohol is strictly not allowed in the Resort.
Nylon Swimwear is mandatory to utilize the swimming pools.
The Resort reserves the right to refuse service, cancel event or remove any guest without any liability under such Circumstances.
